Huguette Bérubé received training in classical dance at the Académie des Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal. A graduate of the teaching program, she is responsible for preparatory courses, courses for adults, and is the rehearsal assistant for The Nutcracker.
Huguette continued her training with Héléna Voronova, a former prima ballerina at the Sofia Opera. For several years, she had the privilege of performing many of the Voronova choreographies. In 2006, she resumed teaching as a class assistant and as an assistant rehearsal master for the Ballet Paula Frank. From 2011 to 2018, she taught ballet and acted as a choreographer at Côté Cour Côté Jardin, the Regina Assumpta Dance Academy.
She has taught children for several different organizations, including the Dollard Centre for the Arts since 2019. She has continued her ballet lessons and also practices yoga and pilates.
