Dance Discovery – Family Workshop

For children of all levels
0-2 Discovery class is an interactive class to create body awareness in infants. This class allows for children and parents to explore together. This is a great way to “discover” new passions and create a different type of bond with your child.
We will work on: sensorial activities, understanding the body, bonding, learning trust, creating a safe space, finding independence, and most importantly, discovering new ways to move and play!

Adapted Dance (5 to 12 years old)
with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens
For children with ASD
Offered by the National Centre for Dance Therapy, a division of the Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, these classes focus on the development of body awareness, communication and physical and spatial mobility, thanks to playful and creative dances. This class will focus on learning ballet techniques, while considering the needs of each participant, in the respect of the group. Designed for children from 5 to 12 years old on the autism spectrum disorder or waiting for an evaluation, the classes will be adapted to their individual needs in terms of learning and support.
